Yes, users of the Larry Support web application have the option to customize their navigation menu according to their preference and unique needs. This allows them to customize pages in a way that results in faster, more efficient navigation for them, choosing which page to star as their Favorites or set as their Homepage, as well as moving the pages within the Favorites section Up and Down to better accommodate their desired workflow.
Where can I customize the navigation menu in Larry Support?
By going to the navigation menu in Larry Support (or clicking it to expand, if collapsed), users can click the three-dot icon next to each page to display a modal with the available customization options.
In what ways can the navigation menu in Larry Support be customized?
Users of Larry Support can customize the pages of the navigation menu in three different ways:
1. Add/Remove from Favorites: By pinning their favorite pages at the top, users can quickly access the information that is most relevant to them, setting them apart from the rest of the pages list. Note that starring a page as Favorite creates a duplicate of this item at the top of the menu, with the original item remaining intact. Subpages that are starred as a Favorite will be individually pinned at the top, without the parent page.
2. Set as Homepage: Users can choose one page to set as their Homepage, turning it into their welcome page whenever logging in to the app. A page set as the Homepage is pinned at the top of the navigation menu, together with the pages starred as Favorites. Note that setting a page as the Homepage creates a duplicate of this item at the top of the menu, with the original item remaining intact. Subpages that are set as the Homepage will be individually pinned at the top, without the parent page.
3. Move up and Down: While the default pages on the navigation menu cannot be reordered, pages starred as Favorites or set as the Homepage can be moved up and down within the Favorites section, so that users can display them in their order of preference.
