Where can I find information for XS4 Com sites in Larry Support?

Larry Support now includes a dedicated XS4 Com page that provides comprehensive information for all XS4 Com sites, regardless of whether they use Salto KS or Salto Homelok. 

The page offers an overview that includes: 

• Location 
• Site owner 
• Phonebook 
• Entrances 
• Events 
• Subscription status 

It also provides improved insights into Salto KS hardware, including whether devices are operational for remote openings, along with links to IQ and lock details for deeper information. 

The page highlights: 

• When an IQ is offline, reset, or requires OTP for remote opening 
• When a lock is offline or not fully attached 
• When the status of KS hardware is unknown (e.g., hardware removed)

For Nebula, only a simple reference (such as a lock name) is currently shown. 

Why is there a dedicated page for XS4 Com in Larry Support?

The XS4 Com page provides a complete and unified view of all XS4 Com sites in Larry Support. Having all site details in one place eliminates the need to look up information in external sources or restrict searches to KS‑based sites. 

Nebula hardware status is not supported yet, but it will be added in a future update. 

Where can this information be found?

You can access XS4 Com site information in two ways: 

        1. XS4 Com page in the main menu 

Provides information for both Salto KS and Salto Homelok sites.
        2. Collections > Select a specific site 

Shows XS4 Com details for Salto KS sites only.
