Larry Support and Larry Commissioning enables you to check the Salto KS service health directly in the web app. Look for the Service Status tab in your menu — with an accessible icon indicator for current system health. The red triangle indicates a significant incident, the orange circle with the exclamation mark indicates minor issues, and the green circle with a check mark means the services are fully operational. Click this menu tab to open a pop-up with more details and the option to view the latest incident updates across our apps and services.
