Repeaters Page 

1. What is the Repeaters page? 

The Repeaters page provides a complete overview of all repeaters across all sites in a central location. It allows support users to quickly scan repeater health, status, connectivity, and update needs at scale. 


2. What information can I see on the Repeaters page? 

On the Repeaters page, you can view key repeater details such as: 

  • Online/offline status 
  • Repeater ID 
  • IQ connected to 
  • IQ link state 
  • Communication type 
  • Site 


3. How do I view more information about a specific repeater? 

Simply click on a repeater in the overview of the Repeaters page to open its dedicated Repeater Details page for deeper insights. 


4. Can I perform actions on repeaters? 

Yes. On the Repeaters page, you can use the three‑dot actions menu next to any repeater to access available management actions. 


You can also click the repeater to open the Repeater Details page. Here, the Actions button at the top provides the same menu of tasks, which, depending on your user permissions, may include options such as: 

  • Refresh repeater firmware 
  • Schedule update 


Repeater Details Page 

1. What is the Repeater Details page? 

The Repeater Details page is a dedicated view that appears when you select a repeater in the Repeaters overview. It consolidates all essential information, activity, and actions for that specific repeater. 


2. What information is shown in the Repeater Details card? 

The Repeater details card includes important information such as: 

  • Collection 
  • Status 
  • Device ID 
  • IQ link state 
  • Communication type 
  • Component versions 


3. What tabs are available on the Repeater Details page? 

You’ll typically find the following tabs: 

  • Components: Displays components and hardware. 
  • Updates: Lists update history and available firmware updates. 


4. How do I schedule updates for a repeater? 

To schedule an update, open the Repeater Details page, click the Actions button, and select Schedule Update. You can then configure the update timing and apply it to that specific repeater. 


You can also schedule an update directly from the Repeaters page by selecting the three‑dot actions menu next to the repeater and choosing Schedule Update.
